Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about how we practice, what to expect, and how we coordinate your care.

Yes! We are currently welcoming new patients to our practice family.

We prioritize your time. Many appointments are available same or next day.

Your first visit is about more than just a physical exam; it’s about building a foundation for your long-term health. We take the time to review your medical history, discuss your current health goals, and address any immediate concerns. Because we believe in thorough, relationship-based care, we don’t rush the process.

Expect to spend up to 60 minutes with your physician. Unlike the traditional “big system” model where you might only get 10 or 15 minutes of face time, we dedicate a full hour to your initial consultation. This ensures we have ample time to listen to your story and develop a comprehensive care plan together.

Yes! We believe in continuity of care. You will build a relationship with the same physician who understands your unique medical history. On the rare occasion your doctor is away (such as vacation or continuing education), you’ll be seen by their trusted colleague who will provide you the same high standard of care with full access to your records.

To make the most of our first hour together, please bring:

  • A valid photo ID and your insurance card
  • A list of all current medications, including dosages and supplements
  • Any recent lab results or imaging (X-rays, CT scans, MRIs) from the last 12 months
  • Your completed new patient forms (available for download on our patient resources page)
